GlobeDoc is an AI-powered, patient-owned personal health record platform. By using GlobeDoc you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain language — if anything is unclear, just ask us.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll always notify you of meaningful changes, and you can choose to stop using GlobeDoc at any time.
Your Account
You must be 18 years or older to create a GlobeDoc account (or have parental consent). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Please use a strong, unique password.
One account per person. Do not share your account with others. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at hello@globedoc.com.
Subscription & Pricing
GlobeDoc costs €10 per year — one flat rate, no hidden fees, no tiers. Everything is included. We believe healthcare tools should be accessible to everyone.
Your subscription renews annually. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your paid period. We do not offer partial refunds, but if you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using GlobeDoc, contact us and we will make it right.
Pricing may change in the future. We will always give you at least 60 days' notice before any price increase takes effect, and you may cancel without charge during that period.
Your Health Data
Your health data belongs to you — not us. GlobeDoc stores and processes your health records solely to provide you with the service. We do not sell, rent or share your health data with advertisers, insurers or third parties without your explicit consent.
You can export a complete copy of your data at any time. You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

GlobeDoc is a personal health record and information platform. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. GlobeDoc AI tools are designed to help you understand and organise your health information — not to diagnose or prescribe.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use GlobeDoc lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- Use GlobeDoc to store or share illegal content
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Misuse or overload the platform's infrastructure
- Impersonate another person or healthcare professional
- Use GlobeDoc for any commercial purpose without our written consent
Professionals & Clinics
Healthcare professionals using GlobeDoc must be properly licensed in their jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for the clinical decisions you make. GlobeDoc provides tools and information — professional judgement is always yours.
Availability
We work hard to keep GlobeDoc available 24/7. Occasionally there may be planned maintenance or unexpected downtime. We will always communicate planned maintenance in advance. We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee it.
Intellectual Property
GlobeDoc and its technology, design and brand are owned by GlobeDoc. Your personal health data is yours. Content you create within GlobeDoc (notes, records, uploads) belongs to you.
Limitation of Liability
GlobeDoc is provided in good faith. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobeDoc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Swedish courts, or through amicable negotiation where possible — which we always prefer.
