6. Working group applications

When you apply to join a working group, we collect your name, contact details, affiliation and skills, together with an optional photo and reference. We use this information solely to coordinate the working groups. Your data is stored securely within the EU, is accessible only to authorised administrators, and is never shared or sold. It is deleted on request via the contact form. Publication on the website happens only with your explicit consent.

7. Cookies

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies, set by our hosting provider for security and reliable delivery of the site. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The site's fonts are served from globedoc.com itself, so your browser does not connect to third-party font services.

8. Third-party services

Translation: when you choose a language other than English or Swedish on this website or in the GlobeDoc app, fixed interface text (such as menus, buttons and headings) is translated automatically via Google Translate. Your health information, records, saved answers and anything you type are never sent for translation; they are shown in their original language. We are working on a secure, privacy-preserving translation solution that keeps all translation within GlobeDoc.

When you search for a diagnosis or procedure in the GlobeDoc app, the search term is looked up in WHO's official ICD-11 and ICHI terminology service. It is not linked to your identity or your record.

Your rights and how to contact us

You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. In the GlobeDoc app you can export and delete your data yourself under Settings. For other requests, use our data protection form. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
