1. Terms of Service
By accessing or using GlobeDoc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. GlobeDoc Research Hub (non-profit, in formation) provides tools to help you understand and manage your health information. Our services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for the security of your account and for using the service in accordance with applicable laws.
2. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
GlobeDoc Research Hub (non-profit, in formation) acts as a data controller for the personal data you provide. We process personal data on lawful bases including consent, contract necessity, legal obligation, and legitimate interest. As a data subject under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
3. Data Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal and health data, including encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews. Data is stored in the European Union wherever possible, and any transfers outside the EEA are protected by standard contractual clauses.

GlobeDoc is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information shown in the app is for your own understanding and should not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Always seek the advice of your physician for any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
5. Consent & Data Rights
You remain the owner of your health data. You may withdraw consent for any optional processing at any time and request export or deletion of your data from your account settings or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
6. Subprocessors & Data Processing Agreements
We work with a limited number of vetted subprocessors that help us deliver the GlobeDoc platform (for example cloud hosting, authentication, and customer support tooling). Each subprocessor is bound by a Data Processing Agreement compliant with Article 28 GDPR. A current list of subprocessors is available on request via our contact form.
