The security of health data is fundamental to GlobeDoc. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in globedoc.com or the GlobeDoc app (ai.globedoc.com), please report it to us confidentially.

• Report it via our secure form.
• Please give us reasonable time to investigate and fix the issue before any public disclosure.
• Do not access, modify or delete other users' data, and do not disrupt the service. Only test with your own accounts.
• Do not use social engineering, phishing or denial-of-service attacks.

We will acknowledge your report, keep you informed, and credit you if you wish once the issue is resolved. GlobeDoc is a non-profit research platform and cannot offer financial rewards.
