GlobeDoc Research Hub – Volunteer Agreement (version 1.0)

By joining a GlobeDoc Research Hub working group, I agree to the following:

1. Voluntary role

My contribution is voluntary and unpaid. It does not constitute employment or any other contractual relationship with GlobeDoc Research Hub.

2. Contributions

Code, text and other material I contribute may be used by GlobeDoc Research Hub. Code contributions are licensed under the open-source licence used by the GlobeDoc project. I will only contribute material I have the right to share.

3. Confidentiality

I will keep non-public information confidential, such as unpublished work, applications, partner discussions and internal documents.

4. Personal and health data

I will not access, share or process personal or health data except as expressly authorised, and always in line with the GDPR.

5. Representation

I will not speak, sign or make commitments on behalf of GlobeDoc Research Hub without written approval.

6. Conflicts of interest

I will disclose any conflict of interest relevant to my work in the hub.

7. Ending participation

I may end my participation at any time by notifying GlobeDoc Research Hub. Points 3 and 4 continue to apply after I leave.
